This is an overview of the technical and economical aspects of the platform.
What-Can-I-Do is based on the business model of a platform, that is the core of the service is to enable the users to find and purchase services from the coaches and teachers.
While some smaller platform with a similar approach are already working the unique contribution of this platform is that it will be based on user reviews and that there will be a focus on the safety of both the users and the co-creators. Competitor Analysis

Platforms have become one of the most successful business models and companies such as Airbnb and Uber are examples of how this model work. The unique feature of this platform is that the aim is to support the users in looking at very personal issues and therefor safety and trust is of utmost importance.
This is a summary of the book “platform revolution” with our comments on how we will approach the development of this particular platform. Summary

Plan for development:
We will be using the lean start up approach and create a minimal viable product and get it tested out. Once the basic principles are in place it will be possible to add on a number of different features making it more attractive for both users and co-creators. Add-Ons
The minimal viable product will consist of already functioning programs that will be linked together on a website.

The first test period will focus on getting a smaller number of coaches and users to interact and ensure that the review process as well as the safety features are working. Where our coaches and users come from
The next step will be to streamline the interaction via a platform where some of the features may be programmed specifically for the platform.
This will be a gradual process where the platform will be integrating the many different technical aspects as it becomes feasible and necessary.
The other important aspect of the platform is the relational issues, making sure that the interactions will take place in a safe and trustworthy manner. The technical aspects and the relational issues will be equally important in the creation of a platform that will be able to serve its users and coaches in the best possible way.
Economical model:
What-Can-I-Do is a socioeconomic enterprise where the aim is to create a company that can make a profit that will then be used to further develop the company.
The platform will charge a transfer fee for all interactions taking place via the platform and there will also be a membership option at a later stage of the development.
Those willing to support the development of this platform will be able to loan money to the enterprise and get them back with a small interest rate once the platform makes a profit.
